Job Description

• To participate in the development of digital training materials & tools including e-learning program design & production, video shooting & editing, script translation
• To provide support on training administration and logistics including training room and equipment maintenance, training materials preparation, training enrollments and inventory control
• To support ad-hoc projects as assigned.

The person

• Final year or penultimate year students from all discipline
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to multi-task.
• Mature, independent, self-motivated, agile, and able to work under pressure
• Strong command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Proficiency in Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoints and video editing

This role provides exposure to a wide range of learning and development activities, including e-learning content creation, video production and editing, script translation, training administration, logistics coordination, and operational support, making it an excellent opportunity for students interested in training, digital learning, and business operations.
