工作职责

• 负责机器人控制柜产品的技术支持工作，包括产品技术澄清、设计变更导入、电子模块、线束、电源接口及相关电气部件的故障定位、失效分析和根因排查，输出分析报告并推动问题闭环。
• 参与新型机器人控制柜的样机搭建、试生产验证及量产导入，重点评估电气设计、装配工艺及现场应用中的潜在风险，提升产品稳定性、一致性及可制造性。
• 负责设计变更的技术澄清工作，向相关部门讲解设计变更的技术细节，支持变更顺利导入量产；配合开展设计变更验证，评估电气设计变更对产品功能、性能、安全性及可靠性的影响，推动设计优化和质量提升。
• 与中国及瑞典研发团队、技术中心、生产、质量等相关部门保持密切沟通，推动电气相关问题的快速定位、技术信息同步及设计改进。
• 支持生产现场及售后反馈中的电气类异常分析与技术澄清，为产品顺利交付提供技术保障。

专业背景

• 全日制本科及以上学历，电气工程、自动化、电子信息、测控技术与仪器等相关专业。
• 具备扎实的电气、电子电路及硬件基础知识，熟悉控制柜、电子模块、线束及低压电气系统的基本原理；熟悉工厂供配电系统、接地系统等相关基础知识。
• 熟练使用万用表、示波器、直流电源等常用电子测试仪器，具备独立完成测试搭建、信号测量和故障定位的能力。
• 具备较强的数据分析和逻辑判断能力，能够对测试现象、波形及失效数据进行分析、总结，并推动问题闭环。
• 具备基础的软件能力，能够读懂并使用 C# 或 Python 编写的基础程序或测试脚本者优先。
• 熟悉 MS Office 办公软件，能够熟练阅读英文技术资料并进行书面沟通；熟悉 SAP 系统者优先，具备英语口语沟通能力者优先。
• 具备较强的学习能力、沟通协调能力和独立工作能力，能够与研发、质量、生产等团队高效协作。
