Description
Acts as a first point of contact for internal and external parties seeking to connect with the CEO. Provides sophisticated calendar management: prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts; make judgements and recommendations to ensure smooth day to day operations Assembles electronic materials for CEO/Executive team meetings, ensuring distribution in a timely manner Anticipates needs in advance of meetings, conferences, etc. Prioritize daily schedule and commitments accordingly. Determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response. Arranges complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas, including scheduling the corporate aircraft. Submits expense reports in a timely manner. Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting/editing presentations and correspondence, as well as other tasks that facilitate the CEO's ability to effectively lead the company. 7-10+ years of experience supporting a C-level executive(s) in a fast-paced environment Experience supporting a CEO is preferred Experience with a public company is a plus Bachelor's degree preferred Expertise with the most current versions of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) Excellent writing, editing, grammatical, organizational, and research skills Strong organizational skills and superior attention to detail Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response
