$40K Base + Uncapped Commission + Company Truck

High PSI is hiring a driven Sales Technician to own the Chicago and northeastern Indiana markets for our pressure washers and professional cleaning detergents. You'll earn a $40,000 base salary plus 5% to 15% commission on every sale — and our detergent line pays at the top of that range, with repeat orders that keep paying month after month.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and close new accounts across Chicagoland and northeastern Indiana: car washes, fleet operators, contractors, property managers, restaurants, municipalities and rental yards

• Run on-site demos that show customers exactly what the right machine and chemistry can do

• Match each customer with the right pressure washer and detergent program for their surfaces and volume

• Build a book of repeat detergent customers and keep them stocked, so your commission grows every month

• Follow up fast, quote accurately and keep your pipeline up to date

• Bring back market feedback that helps us win more of the territory

Requirements

• A hunter. You pick up the phone, knock on doors and ask for the order. “No” just means “not yet.”

• Dependable. You show up on time, do what you say, and customers trust you to keep them supplied.

• Self-driven. You set your own targets and beat them without someone looking over your shoulder.

• Hands-on. You're comfortable around equipment and happy to learn the technical side — we'll train you on our products.

• Local. You know the Chicago and northeastern Indiana areas and have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. We'll provide the company pickup truck.

Bonus points: experience in B2B, outside sales, industrial supplies, cleaning chemicals, car wash, or equipment sales.
