Position Summary
The Spa at The Boulders Resort & Spa is seeking a talented, professional, and service-driven Manicurist to join our luxury spa team. This position is ideal for a motivated nail professional who takes pride in exceptional guest service, attention to detail, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
As a Manicurist at The Spa at The Boulders, you will provide customized nail services in a serene luxury resort environment while creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Essential Responsibilities
- Provide professional manicure and pedicure services according to spa standards
- Deliver exceptional, personalized guest experiences from consultation through completion of service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workstation at all times
- Follow Arizona State Board sanitation, disinfection, and infection-control standards
- Properly clean and disinfect implements, equipment, work surfaces, and pedicure areas between guests
- Maintain appropriate supplies and communicate inventory needs to management
- Follow all spa policies, procedures, safety standards, and service protocols
- Maintain professional appearance and conduct consistent with a luxury resort environment
- Recommend appropriate products and services based on each guest's individual needs
- Participate in required training, meetings, and continuing education
- Work collaboratively with the spa team to maintain an elevated guest experience
- Protect guest privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times
Qualifications
- Current, active Arizona Nail Technician/Manicurist or Cosmetology license in good standing
- Previous professional nail service experience 2+ years
- Strong knowledge of sanitation, disinfection, and infection-control procedures
- Ability to maintain a workstation to Arizona State Board standards
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as business needs require
- Passion for the beauty, wellness, and luxury hospitality industries
