About the Role & Team
The IDC China AR (Accounts Receivable) team is seeking long-term interns to support daily finance operations.
Interns offer a more cost-effective staffing option compared to alternative hiring arrangements.
What You’ll Do
- Issue and verify VAT invoices to clients;
- Upload invoices to the client portal;
- Copy and scan original documents to maintain finance supporting files — a duty that becomes particularly critical during audit requests;
- Track the status of signed client contracts and keep organized files;
- Handle other ad-hoc tasks as needed in urgent situations.
