“I can succeed as an Equity Investment Product Manager at Capital Group.”

As an Equity Investment Product Manager, you will serve as an equity subject matter expert and thought partner for Capital Group’s Institutional business, helping strengthen how our investment capabilities are understood and positioned with clients, prospects, consultants, and internal partners. You will work closely with Institutional Sales, Product, Marketing, Asset Class Services (ACS), Investments, Operations, Legal, and other partners to translate investment expertise, portfolio developments, market trends, competitive intelligence, and client needs into clear and compelling product positioning, insights, and client conversations.

You will develop and enhance high-quality content and analysis that supports Institutional client engagement and business development, including pitchbooks, portfolio commentary, marketplace and competitive insights, strategic and client-specific presentations, and investment-related materials. You will contribute marketplace expertise to equity product initiatives and Institutional opportunities, support relationship managers and the RFP team with investment-related inputs for RFPs, RFIs, consultant questionnaires, and databases, and help ensure a consistent understanding of Capital Group’s equity strategies, portfolio developments, competitive positioning, and Institutional client needs across the organization.

“I am the person Capital Group is looking for.”

  • You have 7+ years of experience in equity investments, investment product, institutional sales support, capital markets, asset management, or a related investment role, with strong knowledge of equity and capital markets, investment strategies, and the institutional investor landscape.
  • You possess exceptional communication and content development skills, with the ability to translate complex investment concepts, portfolio insights, and market developments into compelling analytical, educational, and sales-support content for sophisticated investment audiences.
  • You have experience partnering with investment professionals and sales teams to translate investment expertise into relevant client conversations and effectively position investment solutions.
  • You have strong project management, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • You demonstrate initiative, intellectual curiosity, and sound judgment, with the ability to learn quickly, navigate ambiguity, and operate effectively in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • You have strong analytical capabilities and enjoy researching market developments, identifying patterns, and synthesizing quantitative and qualitative insights to support product positioning, client engagement, and business decision-making.
  • You thrive in highly collaborative environments and enjoy partnering across Sales, Product, Marketing, Investments, and Operations.
  • You have the interest and ability to develop deep insight into our products, institutional clients, competitive landscape, and the trends shaping the investment industry.
