Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Veterinary Receptionist but are willing to train the right candidate. We are looking to fill one part time and one full time position. 9 pm to 7 am.
- Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Proper phone ettiquet/High volume phone experience.
- Multi phone lines.
- Restocking.
- Cash handling.
- Scanning documents.
- Maintaing lobby.
- Help cleaning rooms/ and or rooming clients.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Fast learner with a flexible schedule.
- Availability between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
- Weekend availability.
- References required.
