Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Landscape & Enhancements Crew Leaders for our Northern Kentucky location. This hands-on role involves leading a crew of 1–4 employees, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train crew members.
• Perform landscape maintenance and enhancements, including mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, planting, pruning, and seasonal cleanups.
• Ensure job site quality, productivity, and safety.
• Safely operate and maintain landscaping equipment, trucks, and trailers.
• Track employee hours and job activities using a mobile device.

Qualifications

• Must be 20+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license with no violations in the past 3 years.
• Ability to speak and understand basic English.
• Previous landscaping and crew leadership experience preferred.
• Experience operating landscaping equipment and hand tools.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., work outdoors, and work overtime as needed.
• Must follow safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
