Nuori, a Bifrost portfolio company, makes fresh, plant-based skincare in Copenhagen. New batches are made every 10 to 12 weeks, and every product carries a real expiry date, so what customers buy is always fresh. About 170 stores, spas and clinics in 26 countries sell Nuori, 58 of them in Denmark, and its Infinity Bio-Fusion A+ Serum won Best Danish Beauty Product 2025. Since December 2025 Nuori has new owners, including the Copenhagen venture group Bifrost, and a plan to grow the brand at home and abroad.
Nuori is hiring a Sales Representative to win new business customers: skin clinics, spas and premium skincare stores that start selling Nuori or using it in their treatments.
Tasks
You are measured on new customers won and the size of their first orders.
What you’ll do
Win new business customers: skincare clinics, spas and other treatment providers, and stores that fit the brand.
Call, email and message the businesses on your list, and book meetings where you show them the products.
Present Nuori’s product lines in the meeting: what is in them, why freshness matters, and how they fit the customer’s treatments and shelves.
Research and find new businesses to contact yourself, on top of the list marketing gives you.
Keep the customers you win: follow up after the first order, show their staff how to sell the products to their own customers, and win the next order.
Requirements
You have sold to a target and can show your numbers. That can be outbound sales (calling, booking meetings, closing) or selling on a beauty sales floor or brand counter.
You know skincare and care about it. You can explain what a serum does and why ingredients matter.
You want to be a top seller. You like picking up the phone, a no does not stop you, and you want your pay to follow your results.
You are fluent in English or Danish
You work from the office in Copenhagen.
