Overview
Kick-start your SHE career with SC Johnson Lifestyle Brands. Join our manufacturing site in Malle and help create a safer, healthier, and more sustainable workplace while developing your expertise in Safety, Health & Environment. You'll work alongside experienced professionals, gain hands-on exposure in a production environment, and make a real impact from day one.
About the Role
As a SHE Analyst, you'll partner with colleagues across Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, HR, and site leadership to support safety, health, and environmental initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional eager to learn and grow in a dynamic manufacturing environment
About the Team
You'll be part of a collaborative SHE team that is passionate about protecting people, supporting sustainability, and continuously improving site performance. Through coaching and mentorship, you'll build technical expertise while contributing to meaningful projects and daily operations.
What will you be doing?
- Support SHE compliance activities, audits, permits, and reporting processes.
- Analyze SHE data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in Gemba walks, workplace inspections, and risk assessments.
- Assist with safety and environmental training programs.
- Contribute to incident investigations and corrective action plans.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive SHE improvements and support a strong safety culture.
- Support Management of Change (MOC) activities and SHE-related projects.
- Help maintain accurate SHE systems, records, and performance metrics.
- Be an active and proud member of the SCJ Malle SHE team and help build a culture where everyone takes ownership of safety, health and the environment.
Experience you’ll bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field preferred.
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Internship, placement, project, or early professional experience in a related area is an advantage.
- Strong interest in workplace safety, environmental management, and manufacturing operations.
- Prevention Advisor Level 2 qualification is a plus.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital tools.

Job requirements:
- This is a full-time role with regular office hours. Occasionally, SHE activities may require availability outside normal hours.
- You will not be stuck behind a desk: expect a balanced mix of analysis, project work and hands-on collaboration in our manufacturing environment. Limited domestic travel (up to 10%) may be required.
- Around half of your time will typically be spent close to the operation - learning from colleagues on the shop floor, observing how work is done and helping turn SHE opportunities into practical improvements.
