- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and operations teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Technical Leadership: Guide team members, share technical knowledge, and support the continuous improvement of development processes and engineering capabilities.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 7 years of professional software engineering experience, preferably in full-stack or backend development.
- Strong hands-on proficiency in Golang for backend application and service development.
- Experience with SvelteKit or comparable modern frontend frameworks such as React or Vue.js.
- Proven experience designing, developing, and maintaining GraphQL APIs.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and scalable application design.
- Solid SQL skills and practical experience with PostgreSQL and Microsoft SQL Server, including database design and query optimization.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, version control, and modern software development practices.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to contribute to technical discussions and work effectively across teams.
