Location: 100% Remote from Latin America
Schedule: Evenings and Weekends (5pm ET - 12:00 ET) - 1 weekend shift per month

About the Company

Our US-based client is a global technology and digital asset liquidity provider with headquarters in the United States, Canada,
and Bermuda. We provide the liquidity expertise, settlement rails and technology solutions for our counterparties to participate in the digital asset market in a regulated and compliant manner.

Job Summary
Our US-based client provides 24/7 trading coverage to its clients. As a Junior Trader, you will run the desk during evenings and weekends: pricing and executing client stablecoin trades, settling with clients and liquidity providers, managing house positions, and handing over cleanly to the next shift.

Responsibilities
● Client Trading & Coverage
○ Act as the main point of contact in client trade chats (Telegram, Slack, WhatsApp) and make sure no message goes unanswered.
○ Monitor stablecoin pricing across all liquidity providers and exchange venues to get clients the best possible price
○ Execute high-touch client trades using our proprietary back-office platform.
● Settlement & Payments
○ Initiate and approve outgoing client payments: fiat bank transfers and Fireblocks digital asset transfers, under dual-control procedures.
○ Send transaction hashes and bank confirmations to clients after the completion of a settlement.
○ Carry out chain swaps as needed on stablecoins.
○ Initiate the whitelisting process with compliance for new client wallets and bank accounts, and add them to the Master Address Repository.

● Liquidity & Treasury Management
○ Settle with liquidity providers during the shift to keep inventory optimized.
○ Move funds between Stillman accounts, market makers and exchange venues to keep balances at the right levels. Use our alert-based system to monitor.

○ Top up the automated flow wallets as per written policy.
○ Settle with FX providers on a per-need basis.
● Position & Risk Management
○ Hedge all stablecoin positions (USDT, USDC, USDG, EURC, etc.) and close them out at the end of each shift.
● Reconciliation & Shift Hand-off
○ Clear pending transfers across Stillman Digital Inc. and Stillman Digital Bermuda Ltd.
○ Investigate and resolve any alerts that come up during the shift.
○ Send an end-of-shift summary to the Operations team covering open positions, pending transfers and outstanding client requests, so the next shift can pick up where you left off.

Other Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, or Computer Science.

• 1–3 years of experience in trading, trading operations, or a related field.

• Hands-on experience working on a trading desk or in a trading operations environment within the cryptocurrency or digital asset industry.

• Experience in a crypto exchange, OTC trading desk, market maker, or digital asset payments company is highly preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

• Background in data science or statistics (e.g., machine learning, deep learning, time-series analysis, pattern recognition, or natural language processing) is a plus.
