Weigher Dispenser

This role is essential for keeping production operations running smoothly.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

·Operate forklift as per work instruction WI-SHEMS-1

·Loading from the warehouse to 3rd party warehouses and production areas/ waste areas and offloading of stock to the warehouse.

·Transportation of stock/consumables

·Housekeeping / 5S on site.

·General tasks when required

·Loading of production stock onto Depalletizer and removal of product from palletizer to finished goods areas

·Stock centralization at the warehouse

·Stock verification for stock take preparation as required

·Ensure safety of equipment, fellow workers, products and property .

·Ensure daily return of returnable materials and return of reject materials within 5 working days as per the SOP

·Participate on stock take and cycle counts.

·Participate on MECP activities

·Housekeeping and 5S

WHAT YOU WILL BE MEASURED ON:

·Conforming materials are received

·Housekeeping and stock record accuracy.

·Reliable oracle records for MRP run.

·No material damage

·Stock record accuracy

·MECP/ 5S’s roll-out

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

·Matric/ grade 12 (Mathematics and Physical Science – desired

·1 year in a manufacturing environment (preferably FMCG)

·Valid Forklift Drivers licence
