Role Purpose

As part of the Data & AI team at NN Hellas, you will design, develop and support AI-powered and intelligent automation solutions that improve operational efficiency, customer experience and business processes.

The role combines AI Engineering with a primary focus on the Microsoft Power Platform, alongside Azure services and Azure Databricks to drive Generative AI (GenAI) and Automation solutions. You will help modernize existing automation solutions and contribute to the evolution from traditional RPA towards AI-driven automation and agent-based solutions.

What You Will Do

•  Design, develop and deploy AI agents and GenAI solutions driven by LLMs

•  Build intelligent automation solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Platform and Azure services.

•  Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation, optimization and AI augmentation.

•  Support the transition and modernization of legacy RPA solutions by evaluating and implementing alternative approaches, including Microsoft Power Automate, API integrations and LLM-powered Agentic workflows.

•  Design and integrate solutions with enterprise applications, databases, APIs and cloud services.

•  Develop scalable data and AI pipelines using Python, SQL and modern cloud technologies.

•  Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, validate solutions and support successful adoption.

•  Implement monitoring, testing and performance optimization practices for AI and automation solutions.

•  Ensure compliance with NN architecture, security, Data and AI governance standards.

•  Maintain technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing across teams.

Qualifications

Required

•  4+ years of experience in AI Engineering, Intelligent Automation or related software engineering roles.

•  Strong hands-on experience with Python and REST APIs.

•  Experience developing and deploying Gen AI solutions (LLMOps).

•  Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate.

•  Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases and AI agents.

•  Experience modernizing or replacing legacy RPA implementations.

•  Experience integrating solutions through APIs with enterprise systems.

•  Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including Git and CI/CD pipelines.

•  Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

•  Excellent communication skills in English.

Preferred

•  Experience with Databricks and modern data platforms.

•  Knowledge of OCR, Document Intelligence and Intelligent Document Processing.

•  Experience in insurance or financial services.
