Job Description

Responsibilities: Develop and execute the strategic direction for People Advisory, integrating talent management, organizational development, and change management initiatives. Lead large-scale workforce transformation and change projects, ensuring effective implementation and stakeholder engagement. Partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with business objectives and support organizational agility. Conduct impact assessments and risk analyses to guide people-focused change interventions. Drive leadership development, talent management programs, and succession planning efforts. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of people strategies and change initiatives through data and feedback. Provide expert advice to business leaders on complex people and change management challenges. Mentor and develop People Advisory teams, promoting best practices and continuous learning. Represent the People Advisory function in key internal and external forums to support organizational objectives.
