Description
Market analysis, forecasting & target accountability
Identify and forecast sales potential for the Industrial segment in Thailand; monitor and evaluate the development and behaviour of key players (end customers, consultants, designers, competitors) and translate insights into actionable sales plans. Accountable for the assigned sales target.
Sales strategy development
Create and implement sales strategies tailored to target markets and projects, factoring in competition, pricing, and GF positioning across the Industrial segment.
Direct project sales & business development
Lead major project bids, new account acquisition, and key account penetration. Specify-in GF solutions with consultants, designers, EPCs, and end users, and develop new business opportunities in segments where GF Piping Systems (GFPS) solutions are required.
Channel partner management & development
Recruit, enable, and manage distributors and channel partners; run joint business planning, monitor partner performance against targets, build partner capability, and manage channel-vs-direct conflict to grow reach and coverage.
Client relationship management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, understand their needs, and propose targeted GF solutions throughout the sales process to expand overall sales potential.
Pipeline & CRM management
Maintain a healthy pipeline and keep the CRM current — customer data, visit planning, visit reports, and timely project status updates — to ensure a steady flow of qualified opportunities and conversions.
Cross-functional coordination
Work with Operations to resolve customer service issues and contribute to stock forecasting; coordinate with internal functions to ensure smooth order-to-delivery.
Reporting & budget input
Prepare regular reports and presentations for management on sales performance, market trends, and project milestones; provide input to the sales budget and flag risks with proposed mitigations.
