You enjoy solving complex problems, working collaboratively with stakeholders, and guiding clients from strategy to implementation.
You are motivated by working in a cross-industry consulting environment, helping organizations across sectors modernize their technology landscape.
What’s in it for you?
The opportunity to work on complex technology transformation projects within ERP, automation, AI, and cloud.
Exposure to cross-industry transformation initiatives, working with organizations across multiple sectors.
A flat and collaborative organization where your ideas and contributions matter.
Strong focus on professional development and continuous learning.
The opportunity to shape the growth of a fast-growing consulting firm and contribute to building new offerings and capabilities.
A culture that values innovation, trust, and work-life balance.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
7–10 years of relevant professional experience within technology consulting, management consulting, or digital transformation roles.
Experience leading or playing a key role in complex technology transformation initiatives, such as ERP or core business system implementations, automation and AI initiatives, or cloud transformation programs.
The ability to lead project workstreams and guide clients in translating business needs into technology strategies and solutions.
A commercial orientation with the ability to create value and identify new opportunities for clients, collaborating with colleagues and senior leaders in client engagements.
