Job Title: Junior HR Generalist

Job Location: Bucharest, Romania

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Generalist to join our HR team. This is an entry-level opportunity, ideal for a recent graduate or a student currently pursuing a Master's degree, who is eager to learn and develop a career in Human Resources.

The role offers exposure to various HR activities and processes, providing the opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic and professional environment.

The role is fully onsite, Bucharest City.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR activities and employee lifecycle processes.

• Assist with the preparation, verification, and maintenance of employee documentation and HR records.

• Support recruitment activities, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and recruitment documentation.

• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.

• Maintain and update HR databases, trackers, and Excel reports.

• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal HR projects.

• Ensure accurate filing and confidentiality of employee information.

• Collaborate with HR colleagues and other departments to support operational activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree recently completed or in the final stage of studies, in ASE (Bucharest University of Economic Studies)

• Currently pursuing or planning to pursue a Master's degree, at ASE (Bucharest University of Economic Studies), is an advantage.

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

• Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.

• Good communication skills and a responsible approach to assigned tasks.

• No previous work experience is required; internships or relevant university projects are an advantage
