BOH-TO GO & Delivery Team Lead

Job Brief:

We are seeking an experienced and reliable team lead for its growing business. We are looking for a motivated candidate, who has experience with TO-GO and Delivery kitchen operations. Candidates must be loyal to ownership and management; and must also possess quick decision-making skills and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise/Lead shift ensuring shift operates at the highest level.
• Deliver a high level of customer service to guests.
• Assist with opening and closing tasks. Open or close with a team.
• Must possess an ability to delegate.
• Accurate and honest cash drawer and tip management.
• Be a menu expert; Follow prep and salad recipe standards.
• Follow proven systems for set-up, stock and close.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Additional education, training, certificates, or experience may be required.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive, engaging personality, and professional appearance.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong task and time management abilities.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, etc.… for extended periods, and lift 25 lbs.
• Available to work nights, weekends and holidays.
