Role Description:

Looking for low-stress, flexible work that fits your lifestyle? Zonda is hiring part-time Field Researchers to help track new home construction in your area. Ideal for independent workers who enjoy solo drives and a break from screens or sales calls. 

Once every quarter (every 90 days), you’ll spend approximately 2 weeks driving through neighborhoods and recording the construction status of new homes on provided maps. No sales, cold calls, or office hours. 

 

Responsibilities: 

• A track record of commitment to prior employers.
• Candidates must possess a current and valid driver’s license.
• Satisfactory completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start. Driving history must reflect responsible driving behavior and compliance with traffic laws.
• Drive through assigned new construction, residential neighborhoods 
• Visually identify lot status: are these homes occupied, under construction, vacant lots, etc. 
• Mark findings on provided site maps 
• Track mileage and time 
• Return completed folders to your managers 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Enjoy quiet solo work and flexibility 
• Are detail-oriented and organized 
• Able to lift up to 20 lbs. and navigate using a map or GPS. 

“The final hourly rate offered for this role set forth below is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, geographic location, skills, and competencies.

 

Compensation: $15.65/hour
