  • Assist ERP implementation activities.
  • Evaluate existing accounting workflows and implement improvements that enhance efficiency, control, and scalability.
  • Support integration of offshore accounting resources and development of sustainable operating procedures.

Audit & Compliance

  • Support internal and external audit activities, ensuring timely responses to requests and delivery of high-quality supporting documentation.
  • Assist in coordinating audit schedules, accounting analyses, and issue resolution.
  • Assist with implementation of new accounting standards and process changes as necessary.

Leadership & Business Partnership

  • Partner with accounting leadership to develop team capabilities and improve overall department effectiveness.
  • Build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders throughout the organization.
  • Participate in special projects, strategic initiatives, and other responsibilities as assigned.

Joint Venture Support

  • Provide oversight and review of monthly joint venture accounting activities, including journal entries related to cash, debt, investments, and property-level assets.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
  • CPA strongly preferred.
  • 8-12+ years of progressive accounting experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
