We have opportunities for Stock Associates. SEASONAL EMPLOYMENT will last until the end of 2026 but subject to change based on business needs. We are looking for associates to join our team and provide excellent customer service during the busy holiday season. The ideal candidate will be friendly, organized, and have a positive attitude.

What You'll Do

• Offer great customer service, from a sincere greeting to an efficient check out.
• Bring out the best in each customer by suggesting the right boot with the right fit.
• Share what you know—and love—about our products.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store.
• Work both front and back of store as needed.

To be considered for this role, you must meet these minimum requirements:

• At least 16 years old 
• Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends & evenings.
• You must be able to wear western boots while working and have excellent social and communication skills.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role.

Essential Qualifications:

1. Previous retail or customer service experience but not required.
2. Ability to read and interpret documents such as company manual.
3. Ability to interact with customers. Strong communication skills are a must.
4. Must be able to work with minimum amount of supervision under stressful conditions.

Requirements

Essential Physical Requirements: (Lifting up to 60 pounds, bending, climbing, reaching, and standing/walking for the entire shift)

• Ability to communicate with associates and guests.
• Ability to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation.
• Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
• Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store.
• Ability to climb ladders, when needed to retrieve stock.
• Ability to move or handle merchandise throughout the store generally weighing 0-60 pounds.
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates
