Your Role at Sephora:

Join the energy of our [Spring/Holiday] season as a Warehouse Associate where you’ll bring the joy of beauty to our customers’ doorsteps or store shelves. You’ll be part of a supportive environment, where your hands-on work helps power the supply chain at full speed. The primary responsibility of a Seasonal Warehouse Associate is to safely pick and pack products per established production rates using specified processes and procedures. As a Seasonal Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in keeping products moving and customers happy during our escalated seasons.

What You’ll Do:

• Move with Purpose: Accurately receive, stock, pick, pack, prep, replenish, and ship Sephora products while following established processes and production standards.
• Champion Safety: Follow company, state, and OSHA safety guidelines, wear required protective equipment, and speak up when something doesn’t look right.
• Protect What Matters: Help safeguard our products and people by following Loss Prevention policies and maintaining proper work attire.
• Show Up, Shine & Stay Flexible: Maintain reliable attendance and a flexible work schedule, including designated shifts and overtime as needed to support business and operational needs.

What You’ll Bring:

• Systems & Accuracy: Use WMS or similar systems, RF scanners, and basic math skills to accurately receive, track, pick, and replenish inventory.
• Learning & Flexibility: Learn warehouse layouts and workflows and cross-train across receiving, picking, packing, put-away, and shipping as needed.
• Teamwork & Collaboration: Work effectively with others and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment.
• Performance & Reliability: Meet performance and attendance expectations while maintaining accuracy and product quality.
• Positive & Professional: Bring a can-do attitude, flexibility, and enthusiasm for learning and growth on the job.

Where and How:

• Location. This role requires on-site work at Perryman Distribution Center.
• Availability. This role may require availability including evenings or weekends.
• Requirements. Able to stand, walk, sit, squat, and lift throughout the shift, including safely lifting to 50 lbs. consistently.

The target hourly pay for this position is $18.00 - $18.00. Certain work schedules may also be eligible for shift differential pay. This job will be posted for a minimum of 5 days.
