M01 - Microsoft 365 Identity & Access Management Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Identity & Access Management Engineer to support enterprise identity management, access controls, and collaboration governance. This role focuses on maintaining secure user access, enforcing security policies, and supporting identity-related operations across Microsoft 365 platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage identity lifecycle processes, including user provisioning, account modifications, and de-provisioning.
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID security groups, role-based access control (RBAC), and Conditional Access policies.
• Implement and support identity security policies across Microsoft 365 services.
• Manage governance and access controls for SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and other collaboration platforms.
• Investigate and resolve authentication, authorisation, and access-related incidents.
• Support identity governance reviews, compliance assessments, and security audits.
• Maintain identity and access management procedures, operational documentation, and access control records.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure consistent enforcement of identity and security standards.

Requirements

• Strong experience in identity and access management within Microsoft 365 environments.
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and enterprise identity management processes.
• Strong understanding of authentication, authorisation, RBAC, and Conditional Access.
• Experience troubleshooting identity, authentication, and access-related issues.
• Good technical documentation and problem-solving skills.
