What you will be doing
- Identify and target restaurant and retail partners that strengthen our selection and create value for our customers
- Drive proactive outreach through cold calling and virtual meetings
- Own the full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement, tailoring your approach to each partner
- Use data to assess venue potential, define sustainable commercial terms and lead negotiations that create value for both parties
- Make sound business decisions by combining data with commercial judgment
- Collaborate closely with our Onboarding and Development teams to ensure new partners are set up for success from day one
What we are looking for
- You are motivated by clear targets and take pride in delivering strong results
- You bring experience from B2B sales, field sales or another performance-driven environment
- You have a proactive mindset and strong communication and networking skills
- You are a strong listener who can adapt your approach to different stakeholders
- You thrive in a target driven and fast paced environment and bring persistence and self motivation
Experience from hospitality, retail or sales is an advantage, but not a requirement - You are structured, manage your time and pipeline effectively and ideally have experience working with CRM tools
- You are fluent in Norwegian and English, both spoken and written
