Aufgabenschwerpunkte / Inhalte der Position:

·         Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung des IT-Teams am Standort Assamstadt

·         Mitverantwortung für die Koordination und Überwachung der IT-Infrastruktur

·         Überwachung der Richtlinien für IT-Architektur, IT-Sicherheit und Information-Security

·         Budget-Mitverantwortung im Bereich der IT-Kosten

·         Unterstützung im Projektmanagement für komplexe, geschäftsbereichsübergreifende IT-Projekte

·         Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Integration von Lösungen in die bestehende, vielschichtige
IT-Landschaft

·         Analyse und Bewertung des Soft- und Hardware Bedarfs, diesen planen und anschaffen

·         Verantwortung für Installation, Betrieb, Wartung und Administration der IT-Infrastruktur

·         Durchführung von fachlichen Tätigkeiten, z.B. Anwenderunterstützung im Ticket-System

·         Schnittstelle zwischen unseren internen Abteilungen und Dienstleistern

·         Interne Schulungsmaßnahmen planen und durchführen

Qualifikation / Anforderungen:

·         Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

·         Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung

·         Führungskompetenz und Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitern wünschenswert

·         Schnelle Auffassungsgabe

·         Verantwortungsbereitschaft und Organisationsstärke mit strukturierter, selbstständiger Arbeitsweise

·         Erfahrung im IT-Servicemanagement, ITIL-Zertifizierung wünschenswert

·         Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

·         Systematische, ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise

·         Flexibilität, Kommunikationsstärke, Belastbarkeit und Begeisterungsfähigkeit

·         Erfahrung im Umgang mit gesetzlichen Anforderungen und Normen (z. B. Datenschutz, Compliance,
TISAX u.a.)

·         Analytische Fähigkeiten

·         Idealerweise mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Steuerung von IT-Projekten wünschenswert

·         Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
