Lead regional asset-management analytics, provide recommendations on asset-management priorities, and coordinate the execution of regional instrument CAPEX and non-revenue inventory plans.

Core Accountabilities
Conduct performance reviews in accordance with the global asset-management playbook, generate actionable insights on asset efficiency, and partner with Commercial and Supply Chain teams to implement initiatives that optimize set deployment.

Business Outcomes
Improve procedural fill rates, asset utilization, and set turn rates while ensuring that execution remains aligned with approved financial and business plans.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead analytics and reporting for instrument and implant sets across ASPAC to support IBP, S&OE, and financial budgeting processes.

  • Lead analytics for NPI instruments and non-revenue inventory to ensure the efficient deployment of working capital in support of launches and portfolio transitions (PIPO).
  • Collaborate with Global Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and in-market teams to ensure that set installations are aligned with procedural volumes.
  • Collaborate with Supply Planning to execute set deployment from global supply chains.
  • Maintain and improve data integrity; investigate root causes of data issues and drive corrective actions across systems and processes.
  • Lead the regional deployment of technologies that enable procedural tie-outs between implants and instruments, entitlement modelling, and loaner-versus-consignment analysis.
  • Identify asset-redeployment and BOM-optimisation opportunities.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Provide backup support to the Regional Installation Lead.
  • Participate in business meetings to report on and advance the ASPAC set-installation strategy.
  • Support supply chain changes with analytics on set requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; a degree in statistics, science, engineering, supply chain or related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5-6 years of experience in analytics, supply chain, or digital deployment.
