Role summary: Join Walmart as a Recruiter and play a key role in driving talent acquisition by partnering closely with hiring managers to align on candidate profiles, interview processes, and hiring timelines. You will manage sourcing strategies, maintain candidate pipelines, and ensure a positive experience through clear communication and efficient scheduling. Utilizing ATS and CRM tools, you will track recruitment metrics, support offer negotiations, and uphold operational excellence. About the team: The Talent Acquisition team collaborates closely with Walmart’s Merchandise Excellence and Transformation groups to advance merchandising innovation. This team recruits professionals who develop tools, technologies, and processes that enhance decision-making, operational efficiency, and customer outcomes. Working in a collaborative environment, the team addresses complex hiring challenges, shapes talent strategies, and connects skilled candidates with impactful roles. Success in this role requires expertise in recruiting concepts, search algorithms, interviewing, requirements management, and effective communication to support Walmart’s workforce goals and deliver meaningful business results.

What you'll do...

What you'll do:

• Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, candidate profiles, and interview processes.
• Manage requisition progress, monitor pipeline health, and escalate risks proactively.
• Execute targeted sourcing campaigns using ATS, CRM, and job boards to build and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Facilitate structured interview processes, coach interviewers, and ensure timely, accurate feedback collection.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates to provide updates and manage expectations throughout the hiring cycle.
• Lead offer negotiations within established guidelines and coordinate post-offer activities including background checks and onboarding.
• Ensure data accuracy in ATS and reporting systems to support recruitment metrics and continuous improvement.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience partnering with hiring managers to align on role requirements and hiring strategies.
• Strong proficiency in managing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and maintaining data accuracy.
• Ability to execute targeted sourcing campaigns using job boards, ATS/CRM tools, and referral networks.
• Skilled in coaching interviewers on structured interviewing techniques and evaluation criteria.
• Excellent communication skills to maintain timely candidate engagement and manage expectations.
• Experience in offer negotiation and closing with attention to compensation alignment and candidate experience.
• Analytical mindset to track recruiting metrics and identify areas for process improvement.
• Commitment to operational excellence and adherence to compliance standards.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
