Sales Supervisor

Position: Sales Supervisor
Salary: USD 800 - USD1,000

Job Purpose:

To supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the sales team, support the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets, develop customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and ensure effective execution of sales plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, guide, and support the daily activities of the sales team to achieve individual and team
• sales targets.
• Implement sales strategies and action plans assigned by the Sales Manager.
• Identify and develop new customers, business partners, and potential sales opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor sales performance, customer visits, sales activities, and progress toward targets.
• Follow up on sales leads, quotations, proposals, orders, and customer inquiries.
• Assist in preparing business proposals, quotations, presentations, and sales reports.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities, customer needs, and market trends.
• Support the Sales Manager in negotiating prices and commercial terms within the company's approved policies.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and customer service.
• Identify sales challenges and provide recommendations to improve team performance and business results.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and submit them to the Sales Manager.
• Coach and motivate sales team members to improve their sales skills, productivity, and customer service.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience supervising or leading a sales team is preferred.
• Experience in the logistics, purchasing, trading, or supply chain industry is an advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Strong leadership, team coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to develop new customers and maintain long-term business relationships.
• Good understanding of sales processes, market analysis, and sales performance monitoring.
• Proficient in Microsoft OAice, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to work independently, meet sales targets, and perform under pressure.

Working Conditions

• Working Hours: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM and 1:00 PM–5:00 PM
• Working Days: Monday–Saturday
• Public Holidays: In accordance with Cambodian Labour Law
• Working Location: Street 2004, Sangkat Tek Thla, Khan Sen Sok, Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Achievement of individual and team sales targets.
• Number of new customers acquired.
• Sales revenue growth and customer retention.
• Sales team productivity and target achievement rate.
• Number of qualified leads and business opportunities developed.
• Customer satisfaction and complaint resolution.
• Accuracy and timeliness of sales reports.
• EAectiveness of sales team supervision and coordination.

Note: The Sales Supervisor is responsible for managing daily sales execution and team performance, while the Sales Manager is responsible for overall sales strategy, department performance, and major commercial decisions.
