Operations Coordinator | Kirsten Jordan Team (KJT) at The Corcoran Group
Location: New York City · Full-time
Reports to: Head of Marketing and Brand
Hours: 9AM–6PM ET, Monday–Friday; occasional evenings/weekends around launches and events
Compensation: $50,000-$60,000
THE ROLE
As Operations Coordinator for the Kirsten Jordan Team, you'll work alongside experienced agents, marketing professionals, and transaction specialists, gaining hands-on exposure to every stage of the sales process, from listing preparation and marketing launches to negotiations, contract execution, and closings. You'll have a front-row seat to both the resale and new development businesses while learning how a top-performing team operates at the highest level.
