Title: Elder Abuse Litigation Paralegal
Location: West Hollywood, CA
Compensation: $30–$45/hr (DOE)
A plaintiff-side law firm is hiring a Litigation Paralegal to support its elder abuse practice from intake through trial.
What you'll do
- Support attorneys on cases from intake through trial
- Draft pleadings, discovery, subpoenas and demand packages
- Build exhibit, mediation and trial binders
- Summarize medical, facility and deposition records
- Coordinate with providers, experts and opposing counsel
- Calendar court deadlines
What you bring
- 3+ years as a litigation paralegal; elder abuse, med neg, wrongful death or PI preferred
- Working knowledge of California court procedures and e-filing
- Bilingual Spanish a plus
