Annual Salary: $150,000 – $175,000 DOE/DOQ
The North American Blueberry Council (NABC) and the U.S. Highbush Blueberry Council (USHBC) are seeking a strategic and collaborative leader to serve as their next Director of Business Intelligence. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and advance a growing Data and Insights Program that provides critical data and analysis to the Councils and the broader blueberry industry. The Director oversees the systems, processes, contractors, and external partners that transform complex information into actionable insights, while building strong relationships with growers and industry stakeholders to understand their needs and encourage timely, reliable data sharing. The ideal candidate combines exceptional project management and analytical thinking with the ability to see the big picture, communicate the story behind the data, and leverage emerging technologies to continually enhance the program.
