Senior Advisor – Banking & NBFC Relations (consultant role).

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
• a retired banker (AGM / Chief Manager – Scale IV or above) from a Bank, DFI or large NBFC?
• have 25+ years of experience in Credit, Corporate Banking or SME Banking, including credit
sanctioning experience
• have an active network of Banks, NBFCs, HFCs or Small Finance Banks, particularly across Gujarat
• experienced in CMA appraisal, RBI lending norms, MSME schemes and loan structuring? Have you
completed the applicable cooling-off period or obtained permission from your previous employer?

JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Profile:
• Retired AGM / Chief Manager (Scale IV) or above from a bank, DFI or large NBFC
• 25+ years in credit / corporate / SME banking, with sanctioning experience
• Active lender network in Gujarat (Mumbai contacts a plus)
• Knows CMA appraisal, RBI lending norms, MSME schemes
• Clean service record; cooling-off completed or permission from former employer

Scope of work:
•  Tie-ups: build and maintain a panel of banks, NBFCs, HFCs and SFBs; arrange meetings with
credit heads; track lender appetite
•  Screening: assess client proposals for bankability and flag issues early
•  Structuring: advise on facility mix, tenor, security and schemes (CGTMSE, PMEGP etc.); guide
CMA data and project reports

• Negotiation: present proposals, negotiate rate, fees and covenants, compare term sheets
•  Follow-up: chase files through sanction and disbursement, and clear queries and compliances
•  Coordination: single point of contact for client, lender and PSK team; weekly pipeline call
•  Business development: refer PSK's other services to lender contacts and borrowers
