Responsibilities:
- Learning and Development: Participate in a structured coaching program to gain a deep understanding of our business operations, industry dynamics, and company culture.
- Customer Engagement: Serve as a frontline representative, interacting with customers and partners to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Operational Excellence: Acquire hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations of the business, becoming proficient in areas such as inventory management, financial analysis, process optimization, running and organizing leagues and events.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and team members to achieve collective goals, fostering a positive and cohesive work environment.
- Business Expansion: Contribute to the growth of the business by identifying opportunities for new partnerships, cultivating relationships within the community, and implementing strategic initiatives.
- Safety and Well being: Ensure the safety of all participants during activities, implementing and enforcing safety protocols. Be attentive to individual needs, recognizing and accommodating diverse abilities and skill levels.
- Planning and Organization: Develop schedules in advance, tailoring activities to the specific age group. Organize and coordinate age-appropriate games, leagues, activities and events that align with program goals.
- Promoting a Love for Sports: Instill a love for sports and physical activity in youth participants, emphasizing the importance of a healthy and active lifestyle.
- Leadership Development: Demonstrate leadership potential by taking on increasing responsibilities and actively participating in leadership training sessions.
- Performance Evaluation: Receive constructive feedback on performance and progress, with a focus on continuous improvement and skill enhancement.
Qualifications:
- Teacher/coach/mentor/nurse/therapist preferred.
- Game Changer
- Business background a plus.
- Previous sports background strongly encouraged.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and a desire to take on increasing responsibilities.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to a dynamic business environment.
- First Aid/CPR/AED certification preferred.
- FDLE/DCF Background check mandatory.
