Danish Speaking Products Support Specialist | Wearable Technology | Sofia

Job Description

We are recruiting Danish-speaking Products Support Specialists for an international wearable technology project based in Sofia, Bulgaria, partnering with a global leader in digital solutions and customer experience.
In this role, you will assist Danish-speaking users of innovative smart wearables, guiding them through device setup, companion app integration, and feature navigation. You will diagnose everyday hardware and software queries with empathy and technical curiosity, ensuring users get the best possible experience from their devices.

Your Role

• Deliver friendly, high-quality customer and technical support to Danish-speaking users via inbound calls and ticketing channels.
  
• Help users troubleshoot mobile operating system integrations (iOS and Android), Bluetooth connectivity, device settings, and data synchronization.
  
• Guide customers through routine device operations, feature usage, and maintenance with a patient, customer-first mindset.
  
• Identify recurring software glitches or trending hardware issues and escalate them accurately to the supervisory and technical teams.
  
• Log all customer cases, diagnostic findings, and solutions thoroughly in internal ticketing databases.
  
• Collaborate closely with an international, multicultural support team to maintain high customer satisfaction metrics.
  

Your Qualifications

• Fluency in Danish (B2 level or higher) for clear verbal and written customer interactions.
  
• Working knowledge of English (B1/B2 level) for training modules and internal team collaboration.
  
• Familiarity with standard iOS and Android mobile operating system settings and functionalities.
  
• Strong troubleshooting ability, natural empathy, and active listening skills.
  
• Team-oriented mindset with an open, approachable communication style.
  
• Motivation for professional development and stable, long-term employment.
  
• Residing in Bulgaria or willing to relocate to Sofia.
  

The Offer

• Work Location & Schedule: Full-time role based in Sofia, Bulgaria, working standard weekday shifts (Monday to Friday, 10:30 – 19:00, weekends off).
