Job Description/Responsibilities

 

Join a growing distillery operation where you'll play a hands-on role in keeping equipment, facilities, and grounds running safely and efficiently. As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you'll support daily maintenance activities, troubleshoot issues, and help maximize equipment uptime across the site. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of systems while contributing to continuous improvement and operational success.

What You'll Do

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment, facility systems, and site grounds.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and work to minimize downtime and maintain reliable operations.
• Support facility improvement projects, equipment installations, and general maintenance activities.
• Communicate equipment concerns and maintenance needs to supervisors and cross-functional teams.
• Follow safety procedures and contribute to a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.

Qualifications/Requirements

Required

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance environment
• Previous experience with VFDs, motor starters, and automation in a manufacturing environment 

Preferred

• Experience maintaining production, processing, or manufacturing equipment.
• Experience in a food and beverage, distillery, or other industrial manufacturing environment.
• Previous experience troubleshooting PLCs

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, and work around industrial equipment for extended periods.
