OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION
Full-time permanent Outpatient Neuro position. In this setting you will work 1:1 with patients and will never see multiple patients at a time. The team is willing to mentor and train this new hire and they have a Senior PT with over a decade of Neurological experience in both Outpatient and Inpatient Rehab. Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader who truly cares about patient care. We are not looking for an individual who is just looking for their next "job" but someone who wants to invest in a career to help others.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master/Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Passion for Neuro population
- Desire to work in an Outpatient Neuro setting
- Seeking to grow as a PT and possess the heart of a life-long learner
- Servant leader mindset
- Coachable and eager to grow
- Excellent communication skills across all levels
- Collaborative, team building personality style
- Experience preferred
