The Opportunity

 

Leap29 is working with an established European construction contractor delivering a major Data Centre project in Finland.

 

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to oversee CSA and architectural fit-out works, managing subcontractors, coordinating construction activities and driving successful project delivery.

 

We welcome applications from experienced construction professionals currently working in either permanent or freelance positions.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and the delivery of CSA and architectural fit-out packages.
• Coordinate subcontractors, labour, plant, materials and multiple construction work fronts.
• Manage construction sequencing, short-term programmes and site logistics.
• Monitor progress, productivity, quality and project milestones.
• Ensure compliance with site health, safety and quality requirements.
• Coordinate inspections, snagging and phased handovers.
• Resolve construction issues and maintain effective communication with project management and engineering teams.

 

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager on major construction projects.
• Strong CSA, architectural fit-out or general construction background.
• Demonstrated experience managing subcontractors and multiple work fronts.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, site safety and quality control.
• Data Centre experience preferred, although candidates from pharmaceutical, semiconductor and complex industrial projects will also be considered.
• Willingness to work on-site in Finland.
• Existing right to work in Finland is required. Visa sponsorship is not available.
