We are seeking a dependable, organized GA (General Affairs) Facility & Supply Coordinator to support daily site operations. This hands-on role combines administrative tasks with physical work, including customer room support, material handling, and supply distribution.

We are seeking a dependable, organized GA (General Affairs) Facility & Supply Coordinator to support daily site operations. This hands-on role combines administrative tasks with physical work, including customer room support, material handling, and supply distribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Room Support: Prepare customer rooms for daily use and scheduled visits. Check supplies, replenish refrigerators and refreshments, and coordinate cleaning and setup.
- Inspections and Audits: Complete routine customer room inspections and checklists. Document cleanliness, supply levels, and maintenance concerns, and follow up on corrective actions.
- Material Handling: Assist the warehouse coordinator with receiving, moving, organizing, and counting materials and supplies.
- Locker Management: Maintain locker assignment records, assist employees with access issues, and coordinate locker reassignment or repairs.
- Appliance Maintenance Coordination: Report appliance issues, submit service requests, and coordinate repairs with the appropriate team or vendor.
- Supply Distribution: Distribute approved supplies, verify quantities, obtain required signatures, and maintain accurate inventory and distribution records.
- Strong attendance, punctuality, and follow-through.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Clear communication and a professional, service-oriented attitude.
- Basic computer skills, including email and Microsoft Excel.
- Willingness to perform both administrative and physical tasks, including walking throughout the site, stocking supplies, and moving materials using appropriate equipment.
- Previous experience in facilities support, warehouse operations, inventory control, or administrative support is preferred.
