We’re searching for a Part Time Dishwasher that will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and efficiency of the kitchen. This position ensures that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized, supporting the culinary and service teams in delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Job Type: Part Time (Friday-Sunday, PM Shifts)

Requirements

What You'll Do:

•  Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashing equipment or by hand, following proper procedures.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment and utensils are cleaned and stored in their designated areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area, including sinks, floors, and machines.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing machines, ensuring proper chemical levels and functionality.
• Remove trash and recycling from kitchen and dish areas, replacing liners as needed.
• Assist with basic kitchen cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces.
• Support kitchen staff by ensuring a steady supply of clean dishes and equipment during service.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines in accordance with local regulations and company standards.
• Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or maintenance issues to management.
• Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries, including stocking and storing items properly when needed.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and service teams to ensure efficient operations.
• Adapt to changing operational needs and assist with additional tasks as required.

• Basic understanding of sanitation and safety practices.

• Ability to maintain a neat and professional appearance in accordance with company standards.
• Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred but not required.
• High School diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a busy environment.
