Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, dining areas, lounges, and common spaces following established schedules and infection-control standards.
• Collect, sort, launder, fold, and distribute resident garments and facility linens, keeping personal items properly labeled and returned to the correct resident.
• Restock supplies such as paper products, cleaning agents, and linens, and report shortages promptly.
• Operate commercial laundry equipment and cleaning tools safely, following manufacturer and facility guidelines.
• Dispose of waste and manage soiled linens according to safety and sanitation protocols.
• Maintain a tidy, hazard-free environment by removing clutter and reporting maintenance concerns.
• Interact gently and patiently with residents, offering reassurance and respecting their routines and privacy.

Qualifications

• Physical capacity to stand, walk, bend, lift, and push laundry and cleaning carts throughout a shift.
