Overview

Are you a passionate and skilled Massage Therapist looking for a new opportunity? We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team and provide our guests with exceptional spa experiences. Our ideal candidate must have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a desire to create an unforgettable guest experience. Responsibilities

• CUSTOMER SERVICE: Meet service quality standards that affect guest satisfaction; respond to guest questions or problems in a timely, professional manner.
• WORK HABITS: Meet the hotel standards for work procedures, dress, grooming, attendance, and punctuality; report to work and return from breaks on time; give advance notice when absence is anticipated; require typical amount of supervision; accept work assignments without complaints.
• PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT: Accept opportunities to learn new skills, improve performance or cross-train for other hotel positions; solve routine problems that occur on the job; ask questions when not sure how to complete something; learn new skills as quickly as most others in the same job.
• SAFETY AND SECURITY: Follow the hotel’s recommended safety, security and emergency procedures; follows hotel procedures for key control, lifting heavy objects and/or using chemicals; reports potential security risks and hazardous conditions to management.
• Maintain clean and organized work area.
• Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Coordinate, organize and carry out massage services.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, be personable and helpful to clients.
• Demonstrate full knowledge of use and maintenance of spa facility and services offered.

Qualifications

 

• Certificate of completion through accredited massage school.
• Licensed to practice in the state of Georgia, NCBTMB certification preferred. 
• Communicate effectively with the public and other team members.
• Proficient in all types of massage therapy and deliver excellent service.
• Outgoing, enthusiastic, organized, and personable - exceeding guest expectations daily.
• Maintain and present a professional appearance at all times.
• Must be available for flexible schedule, evenings, weekends and holidays. 
• Provide excellent client care, guest service and attention to detail. 
• Ability to perform various massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and hot stone 
• Strong time management skills, and ability to work under pressure
