• $18.00 - $20.00 per hour (experience-based)

Responsibilities

 

• Administer prescribed medications accurately and safely according to physician orders and state regulations
• Observe residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff
• Maintain accurate medication administration records (MARs)
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed
• Ensure proper medication storage and handling procedures
• Follow infection prevention and safety protocols
• Support resident comfort, dignity, and quality of life
• Collaborate with nurses, caregivers, physicians, and interdisciplinary care teams

 

 

Qualifications

 

• CMT license is required, valid, and in good standing
• CNA license is preferred
• CPR and First Aid certification required
• Ability to provide compassionate, resident-centered care
• Reliable attendance and professional work ethic
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or long-term care preferred
• Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation.

 

Schedule & Availability

• Full- Time Hours
• 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Every other weekend availability required (Saturday & Sunday)
