E-Invoice Product Lead

We are hiring an experienced E-Invoice Product Lead for our client to drive the business strategy, product roadmap, customer implementation, and operational success of their E-Invoicing solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of UAE E-Invoicing regulations, Peppol frameworks, ERP integrations, and product management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the E-Invoicing business and product strategy.
• Lead customer onboarding, implementation, and delivery.
• Manage customer and partner relationships, including escalations.
• Coordinate with FTA and Peppol ecosystem stakeholders.
• Drive product adoption, customer retention, and revenue growth.
• Monitor implementation pipelines, service levels, and compliance readiness.
• Collaborate with development teams on product enhancements.
• Prepare management dashboards and performance reports.

Key Requirements:

• 8–12 years of relevant experience, preferably in SaaS, ERP, Tax Technology, EDI, Peppol, or FinTech.
• Strong understanding of UAE E-Invoicing and Peppol.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Tally, or ERPNext.
• Proven experience in product management and implementation delivery.
• Strong understanding of business and financial processes.
• Excellent customer engagement, stakeholder management, and project governance skills.
