Jr.Accounts Payable Accountant

As a Jr. Accounts Payable Accountant (m/f/d), you will be a part of the Central Accounting team. You will be responsible for processing invoices, managing vendor payments, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accurate financial records.

This role is based in Sofia, Bulgaria (hybrid model).

About the Role

• Process on timely basis accounts payable transactions 
• Monitor vendor open items and clarifies old and unusual balances 
• Prepares accounts payable reconciliations and clarify differences 
• Prepares and executes electronic payment runs as well as manual payments if necessary  
• Assists in the collection and distribution of financial information  
• Prepare clear and concise documentation on working procedures 

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent 
• 1-3 years of experience in Accounting 
• Solid knowledge in Accounting, VAT knowledge -would be an advantage, but not mandatory
• Ability to thrive in a fast-growing international environment 
• Confident handling of MS Office 
• Reliability and organizational skills 
• Fluent in English language
