Your mission

We're looking for an experienced People & Culture professional to strengthen our team in Germany. The role will be an important point of contact for managers and employees, supporting them across the entire employee lifecycle. From HR administration, employee relations and payroll coordination to recruitment and the continuous improvement of our People & Culture processes.

We're looking for someone hands-on and proactive who enjoys working closely with people, building trusted relationships and helping develop consistent HR practices in an international environment.

The person can be based in Munich, ideally with a willingness to travel regularly to our HQ, located east of Munich, to stay connected with the business and our teams.

• Act as a trusted point of contact for managers and employees on day-to-day HR matters and employee lifecycle processes.
• Manage hands-on HR administration, including employment contracts, contract amendments, onboarding, offboarding and employment references.
• Support managers with employee relations, performance management, HR policies and German employment law matters.
• Coordinate payroll-related changes, absences and employee data updates in collaboration with Payroll and Finance.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems, ensuring data quality, confidentiality and compliance.
• Manage recruitment for selected open positions, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination and communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Use Personio as the central ATS and HRIS for recruitment, employee administration, reporting and maintaining accurate people data.
• Prepare HR reports and KPIs, identify trends and recommend practical improvements to HR processes.
• Contribute to HR projects and collaborate with local and international teams to ensure consistent and efficient HR practices.

Your profile

• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• At least 3 years of hands-on HR experience, ideally as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist.
• Good knowledge of German employment law and practical HR administration.
• Experience managing employee lifecycle processes, recruitment activities and payroll coordination.
• Experience with HR systems and reporting; knowledge of Personio is an advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with managers and employees.
• Structured, proactive and solution-oriented, with a hands-on approach and strong attention to detail.
• Experience working in an international environment is an advantage.
