Summary:
As an Analytics and Modeling Lead, a typical day involves spearheading initiatives to collect and interpret diverse data sets related to clients and markets. This role requires synthesizing complex information from various sources to generate meaningful business insights. The position demands continuous engagement with multiple stakeholders to ensure that analytical outcomes effectively support strategic decision-making and operational improvements. The lead also oversees the integration of data-driven approaches to enhance organizational performance and market understanding, fostering a collaborative environment that drives innovation and informed actions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional groups to align project goals and deliverables.
- Mentor and support junior team members to develop their skills and contribute effectively.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize analytical processes and methodologies.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Strong expertise in data integration, transformation, and pipeline development within cloud-based environments.
- Experience in designing scalable data architectures and managing large datasets to support advanced analytics.
- Ability to implement and optimize data workflows to enhance performance and reliability.
- Familiarity with collaborative tools and version control systems to manage code and documentation effectively.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
