Job Description

• Provide technical support for AI Server-related products, including NIC, RAID, PCIe Switch, and Storage Connectivity solutions.
• Analyze customers’ AI Server and Data Center architectures to identify technical requirements and optimization opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions to address technical and business needs.
• Lead technical discussions and collaboration among customers, OEM/ODM partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Support PoC (Proof of Concept), design-in activities, and resolution of technical issues throughout the product development cycle.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Analyze competitor products and market trends to provide insights and support business strategies
