Assistant Manager / Lead Stylist

Love Doing Hair? Ready to Lead?

At Drybar, we focus on one thing and strive to be the best at it: blowouts. No cuts. No color. Just blowouts.

We're looking for a talented, motivated Assistant Manager / Lead Stylist who loves being behind the chair and is ready to take the next step into leadership.

This is a hands-on role where you'll continue doing what you love — creating beautiful hair — while helping coach your team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and drive shop success.

What You'll Do

• Lead by example while providing exceptional blowouts and styling services.
• Coach and inspire fellow stylists to grow their skills and confidence.
• Support daily operations to keep the shop running smoothly and efficiently.
• Drive results through memberships, add-on services, retail, and guest loyalty.
• Create a positive culture built on teamwork, accountability, and outstanding service.

What We're Looking For

• Active Florida cosmetology license.
• Strong blowout and hairstyling skills.
• Previous leadership experience.
• A positive, dependable, team-first attitude.
• A passion for mentoring others and delivering exceptional guest service.
• Flexibility to work Wednesday - Sunday and other high-demand shifts!

Compensation & Perks

• Competitive hourly pay plus tips and commissions.
• Leadership bonus opportunities.
• Paid Drybar training and ongoing education.
• Complimentary blowouts and generous product discounts.
• Supportive team culture and experienced leadership.
• Real opportunities for career advancement as we continue growing throughout Central Florida.

Your Next Step Starts Here

Don't have the manager title yet? That's okay!

If you're the stylist others turn to for advice, inspiration, or guidance, we want to meet you. We're looking for leadership potential just as much as previous management experience.

Whether you're an experienced Lead Stylist or ready for your first leadership opportunity, Drybar offers a place to grow your career without giving up what you love most — doing hair.
